Full-Time Sr. Multi-Media Journalist, Bell Media

Responsibilities
- Sports Photojournalist for TSN
- Prepare, set up, carry, and operate portable electronic camera and recording unit, complete with lighting and audio for field reports
- Liaise with TSN production and Control rooms for Live hits
- Required to carry and operate Dejero equipment
- Required to edit in a linear and non-linear environment
- Consults with Reporters, Producers, Assignment Deks personnel to provide creative input to the production of items
- Required shift work, evening hours and travel as regularly assigned
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience with the operation of ENG camera is essential
- Understanding of Canadian and International Sports Landscape
- Demonstrate knowledge of microphones, RF equipment, Lighting techniques and peripheral equipment such as GoPros
- Excellent concentration and coordination skills
- Ability to deal with new and developing technology
- Strong people skills
- Proven Linear & Non-Linear Edit skills
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record: G Driver’s License
- Minimum of 3 years broadcasting ENG experience
- College level television diploma, equivalent education, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of English and French is an asset
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
